Most organisations we work with do not have a strategy problem. They have a translation problem. The plan exists, the intent is clear, and somewhere between the board paper and the operating unit it stops being anybody’s job. Policies get written for the auditor rather than the user. Reports are produced monthly and read by nobody. We work on that gap.
