Tell us the problem, not the brief.

Most of the organisations we work with do not have a strategy problem. They have a translation problem. The plan exists, the intent is clear, and somewhere between the board paper and the operating unit it stops being anybody’s job. Policies are written for the auditor rather than the user. Structures reflect the organisation of five years ago. Reports are produced monthly and read by nobody.

DTHN is a partnership of senior practitioners working through a network of associates engaged assignment by assignment. A partner leads every assignment and stays on it, specialists are brought in for what the work actually needs, and the people named in the proposal are the people who deliver.
