An examination of how work actually flows through the
organisation, where authority sits, where it is duplicated,
and where nobody owns the outcome.
Deliverable A recommended operating model and
structure, role definitions, a delegated authority framework, and a transition plan.

Institutional Capacity Assessment
An assessment of the organisation against the standards
its funders, regulators or members expect — governance,
financial management, procurement, human resources,
programme delivery and data. Used to prepare for due
diligence, to target institutional strengthening, or to give a
board an honest baseline.
Deliverable A scored capacity baseline by domain, a gap analysis, and a prioritised strengthening plan with owners and indicative costs.

Governance and Management Training
Facilitated training for boards, committees and management teams — governance duties and committee effectiveness, financial oversight, procurement accountability, and the practical use of the policies and reporting the organisation already has.
Deliverable A delivered training programme, the materials used, and a short set of recommendations on governance practice arising from the sessions.
